This website is operated by Lemico, 385 Watline Avenue, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L4Z 1P3. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the details of your enquiry, including any drawings or documents you attach. Our web host may also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver and support equipment, and keep business records. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Analytics

If website analytics are enabled, we use them only to understand overall traffic, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve the site. We prefer privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to serve you, for example with our sister company Infiltek, carriers, or service providers such as our email and web hosting, or when required by law. Defence-related information is handled under our Controlled Goods Program obligations.
